وَبِصَوْمِ غَدٍ نَّوَيْتُ مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ
Transliteration
Wa bi-sawmi ghadin nawaytu min shahri Ramadan.
English meaning
I intend to keep the fast for tomorrow in the month of Ramadan.

When to recite
Intention (niyyah) is in the heart before Fajr. This Arabic wording is commonly taught; the essential ruling is the intention itself before dawn.
